This program rewards you for growing our community. Climb the ranks from a trusted Starter to a team Captain, unlocking high-value rewards at every level.

The Starter Level (1st Referral)

You're officially on the team and making an impact! When your first referred member signs up, you receive:

One (1) FREE 1-on-1 Private Lesson ($100 value)

The All-Star Level (2nd Referral)

You're not just playing; you're a standout performer. When your second referred member signs up, you receive:

One (1) additional FREE 1-on-1 Private Lesson ($100 value)

The MVP Level (3rd Referral)

You've proven to be one of our most valuable players. When your third referred member signs up, you receive the MV

•  One Evaluation ($149 value) to get a full data analysis on your progress.

The Captain's Circle (4+ Active Referrals)

True leaders build the team. This is the ultimate reward for our most dedicated supporters.

•  Requirement: Maintain four (4) or more active referrals at one time.
•  Reward: Your own membership is 100% FREE!

Your free membership is active for as long as you maintain four referrals. If you happen to drop below four, your free membership simply pauses. As soon as you refer a new member to get back to four, it resumes automatically. You never have to start over!

The Fine Print (Program Rules)

•  The new member must provide your name at the time of sign-up.
•   Rewards are issued after the new member’s first successful monthly membership payment is processed.
•  For the Captain's Circle, your four active referrals must be on a plan of equal or greater monthly cost than your own.
•  All rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Grading Period Awards (Every 6-9 weeks)

1%er Second Team Academic All-State

This award recognizes the hard work and commitment required to succeed in the classroom during each grading period.

•  * Requirement: No failing grades on the report card.
•  * Reward:
•    * An official "1%er Scholar-Athlete" sticker.
•    * One (1) entry into the end-of-semester Grand Prize Raffle.
•    * Name displayed on the "Second Team Academic All-State" banner for the grading period.

1%er First Team Academic All-State

This is our highest honor for each grading period, reserved for athletes achieving excellence in their studies.

•  * Requirement: All A's (or equivalent) on the report card.
•  * Reward:
•    * An official "1%er Scholar-Athlete" sticker.
•    * Two (2) entries into the end-of-semester Grand Prize Raffle.
•    * Name displayed on the exclusive "First Team Academic All-State" banner for the grading period.

Annual Award (End of School Year)

The 1%er Academic All-American

This is our most prestigious honor, awarded annually to the elite student-athletes who maintain the highest level of academic excellence throughout the entire school year.

Requirement: Achieve "1%er First Team Academic All-State" status for every single grading period of the school year.

 Reward:

• The exclusive "Academic All-American" T-shirt with the slogan: "Competing On and Off the Field is What I Do."
• A personalized Certificate of Achievement.
• Automatic entry into the exclusive "All-American" drawing for a chance to win a new bat or glove.

How It Works

•  Bring in the Report Card: At the end of each grading period, parents bring in a copy of the report card.
•  Issue Rewards: Stickers, raffle entries, and banner recognition are awarded for that grading period.
•  Annual Award Ceremony: The prestigious "Academic All-American" rewards are awarded once at a special recognition event at the end of the school year.

• We believe that true greatness is measured by the positive impact we have on our community. This program is designed to honor the players and families who exemplify the values of selflessness and service. These awards are presented every quarter.

Level 1: The Gold Glove Award

This award recognizes players who demonstrate a consistent commitment to giving back.

•  Who It's For: Any athlete who is dedicated to making a difference in the community through volunteer work.
•  How to Earn: Athletes must complete and submit a verified log showing at least 8 hours of community service per month for the entire quarter (24+ hours total).

The Reward:

•  3- 1:1 lessons free
• The player's name displayed on the "Gold Glove Award" banner in our facility for the next quarter.
