1. THE STANDARD (AGREEMENT TO TERMS)

By accessing the website of 1%er Baseball & Softball Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We operate a high-performance training clubhouse, and we expect the same standard of respect online as we do on the turf.

2. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & CODE OF CONDUCT

We maintain a strict standard for effort, attitude, and respect. 1%er Academy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a training session, or revoke facility access without a refund to any individual or team who violates our Clubhouse Rules, damages facility property, or creates a disruptive environment for our athletes and coaching staff.

3. NO OUTSIDE COACHING OR SOLICITATION

1%er Academy is a private training facility. Facility rentals are strictly for personal or team practice. You may not use our facility to conduct your own paid private lessons, camps, or clinics, nor may you solicit our athletes for outside teams or organizations, without explicit written authorization from 1%er Academy ownership.

4. MEDIA & MARKETING CONSENT

By training at our facility, you acknowledge that 1%er Academy may capture photos or videos of classes, team rentals, and training sessions. You grant us the right to use this media for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and newsletters, to showcase the work our athletes are putting in.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (PROTECTING THE BRAND)

The 1%er brand is built on work ethic, and we protect what we’ve built. All content on this website—including but not limited to text, slogans, graphics, logos, images, and training methodologies—is the exclusive property of 1%er Baseball & Softball Academy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without permission.

6. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS 

All facility rentals, monthly memberships, introductory offers, and recurring training classes are subject to the specific payment, cancellation, and refund policies outlined at the time of purchase in our dedicated booking application and the official 1%er Facility Access & Liability Waiver.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. 1%er Baseball & Softball Academy makes no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of this website's content. We will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of this website. (Note: Physical facility liability is governed separately by the signed Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver required before turf access).

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas.
