At 1%er Academy, we don't worry about the scoreboard or the weather. We master what we can control:

Our foundation is built on Proverbs 14:23: "All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty." We empower athletes to own their journey. In this facility, failure isn't a dead end—it’s data. Excuses are a virus; execution is the cure.

A 1%er isn't defined by a radar gun or a trophy case. A 1%er is the athlete who:
