We aren't a typical facility. We don't believe in cookie-cutter training, and we don't believe in participation trophies.
WHO WE TRAIN: Whether you are a beginner picking up a bat for the first time, a high schooler chasing a scholarship, or a collegiate athlete refining your game—you belong here. We believe every player deserves the same level of respect and attention, regardless of where they start.
OUR CODE: We believe in Faith, Family, and the Competitive Spirit. But being a "1%er" isn't just about the scoreboard—it's about sportsmanship, character, and becoming a good human being off the field.
OUR COACHING: We provide the same high-quality instruction to everyone, but we know that coaching isn't one-size-fits-all. We meet your athlete exactly where they are. We tailor our delivery to fit their age, their personality, and their specific ambitions. The standard of instruction never drops, but the approach is customized to the player.
OUR ENVIRONMENT: We operate by appointment only because we value your time. We don't allow random walk-in rentals to interrupt our training sessions. We maintain a structured environment so that when your athlete is here, the entire facility is focused on one thing: helping them get better.
Let’s be honest—we know the reason you likely scanned our code was for a chance to win. We get it. We like free stuff just as much as you do.

A QUICK HEADS UP: Please make sure you use an email address you actually check. We get it—everyone hates spam and junk mail—but if you use a "burner" email, you’ll never know if you won.
OUR PROMISE: Yes, we will use your email to send you updates on 1%er training and classes, but we will never giveaway your information. We protect our team.
More than just the prize, we hope we get the opportunity to earn your business. We founded 1%er Academy with a simple mission: To level the playing field. We believe elite training shouldn't be limited by a price tag. You shouldn't have to spend $300 or $400 a month just to access quality instruction. We offer pro-level training at a price that opens the door for more families ($88/mo).
We want to ensure that the only thing separating your athlete from the next level is their work ethic, not their budget.
