Our focus remains solely on our team's performance and player development; we do not engage in disputes over calls or rulings every time and expect the same from our 1%er athletes and parents. While we acknowledge that passion may manifest differently among coaches, athletes, and parents, persistent negative attitudes and language directed toward any coach, player, umpire, or other team member will not be tolerated.

First offense: written warning via email; one-game suspension.

Second offense: suspension from all games for 45 days. Failure to practice during suspension or not show up to games during the suspension will result in immediate removal from the team roster, with no refund of player fees or any other fees paid. Yes, during your suspension you are required to be at all games to support your teammates.

Third offense: immediate removal from the club and banned from reapplying to the program for 18 months, as well as no refund of player fees or any other fees paid.
